"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -...

"Breakfast was on point! Hot tub did not have any bubbles even though I turned on the timer."

"The room was ok but pretty outdated compared to other places I have stayed. When booking it asks you to pay for breakfast which I thought since I paid it would be available during breakfast hours. That was not the case, everything was sold à la carte in the bistro so the upcharge was unnecessary. Other than that it was ok for a one night stay to sleep. I wouldn’t book for an extended period of time. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap."

The conversations were warm and welcoming. It was close to our concert venue as well as our friends in Ohio. I would love to return for a stay."

"The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. The linen was dingy and there were drain flies in the bathroom. "I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."
