"Great south side of Pittsburgh location."

"Had a hard time at check in with manager. I travel on business often, and this used to be my go to hotel while staying near Pittsburgh. This time though, after my 4th stay in 6 weeks, the manager wanted my cc to copy that was used to booked. My company books my travel, and never have I been asked for an “approval form” filled out prior to my stays or to copy my cc. After driving 8 hours of driving, I just wanted to check in. "Amazing property! Highly recommend"

"We love staying at this nice, family-run motel. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. There are no bugs (I have a phobia, so I check). The showers have good temp and water pressure. Beds offer a lovely night's sleep. There is a microwave and mini fridge in each room. In the mornings, coffee, juice, yogurt and packaged pastries are available for a grab-and-go breakfast. The location is perfect for us, too. Things like carpet and paint aren't brand new, but the price more than make up for that. The...

"And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal"

"We were very pleased with our room. We were only there for one night. Didn’t have a chance to check out amenities. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!"

"Bed pillows were low quality, cheap ! Rather noisy as you had to slam your entrance door for it to lock and that seemed to be a common problem as I heard doors slamming all night long. The setup is more extended stay not a hotel. The "hotel" was clean and for the most part well maintained both interior and exterior and appears to be a recent build"

"In the pictures it showed there were dumbbells in the gym but there were none. Also my king bed Suite said it would sleep for, but I'm here to tell you that's impossible as the pull out was only a twin. For that kind of money I expect breakfast to be provided along with coffee downstairs but there was none unless you paid quite a hefty price at their Bistro. Looks like I'll be sticking with Holiday Inn Express."

"This Marriott hotel is no more than a motel 6, 2nd flood constant pot smell, noone ever at front desk, no glasses in room, no ice brocket, shower tub bottom slick as ice, continental breakfast was limited at best, rooms made up every 3 days, if you want towels etc between those days, you have to take your old ones to the front desk, to top off a four day stay, at 6:45 am the fire alarm went off... for over half an hour, firemen called to silence it only to have it start again in ten minutes... ...

"Loved the pool"

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."

"I did opt in for the smoking room, so I think that has a lot to do with the cleanliness of the room staff was great. The pool is not open. I will return for another state."

"Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. "

"A wonderful place to feel at home away from home. Excellent hot breakfast with fruit salad and friendly conversation. A beautifully renovated large old country home in the middle of a rural village. Definitely will be back."
