"Staff were lovely, but the room was too hot with no heat or A/C controls. No mini fridge, no ice & only one towel for the two of us."

"Very comfortable bed, clean room, and good shower. No A/C which wasn't ideal on hottest week of year, but thankfully we got sun on morning so room wasn't unbearable come evening. The stand out at this hotel is the staff. Really friendly and very helpful."

"Baking hot concrete block next door to a demolitions site with noisy heavy machinery working and my windows obscured by thick grime. The air conditioning didn't work and looked as though it was decommissioned long ago. The bathroom taps were difficult to turn off and I was fearful of a flood…. Maintenance generally seemed poor…. Fitting and carpets were pretty much worn out…. Curtains didn’t quite cover the windows to exclude light…. Uncomfortable stay and not cheap. I was glad to leave."

The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. "We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

"The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...
