"We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Not big on hotels to start with but i enjoyed the amenities. The bed was not acquired as it was too hard, the sheets had different color stains on them too. I’d much prefer an air bnb for the cozy side of staying."

"We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. "

"We checked in and stayed in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff told me it was “European-Style.” Would have been nice to know before I booked. It was like 120 square foot. And later the staff told me they had normal rooms but checked me into a European sized room. Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. ...

"Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid."

"This hotel offered a convenient location, clean rooms and a standard stay for our visit to Dallas. There are minor issues that made me give a 4 instead of a 5 star review. In the shower cubicle, the conditioner and body wash was empty and they didn’t check or replenish it every day. The water pressure was on the low side and on the first day, they replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay."

"Completely insensitive and dismissive front desk person accommodating a reservation error. Unwilling to help or work with me. I guess business is so good you don't care about making guests happy. Won't be going there again. There are plenty of other hotels in Frisco/Plano Tx."

"My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX."

"Room was clean. Front desk receptionist Kennedy was very sweet and informative. Ordered food and it was good and fresh. Good water pressure on the shower and very comfortable bed!"
