"I chose this property due to it being close to the airport. Funny thing, I never heard one plane flying. The first thing that I noticed when walking to our room was how dirty the hall rug was. We were in awe with the size of the room - it was big. We had a double queen size beds with a sofa in the room. The sofa was filthy that I had to put a sheet over the sofa before sleeping on it. There were 4 adults and due to my handicapping condition, I can not sleep in a bed. I sleep sitting up therefore, the reason for sleeping on the sofa. I believe that the sofa has not been cleaned in a while - stains and dirty sections and the sofa bottom had rips in it. The shower inside was clean, the handle was broken and the floor near the shower had caked on with dirt in the corners. Management needs to check rooms or have a list of what needs fixing that the cleaning person(s) fill out on a daily basis or find people who care about their job. The breakfast starts at 4:30 am and goes until 10:30 on the weekends. The lady who runs the breakfast was very polite, sweet and helpful. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, mixed fruit cups, bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal - 3 different kinds, making of your own waffles, coffee, milk, teas, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The food was hot and delicious. I felt that the parking was safe and it was free. As far as the staff, I only dealt with them in checking in/out. "

"Although the staff was kind, the rooms linens were horrid. There were lots of debris under the mattress protector and pillow cases. The staff understood and brought fresh linens and dressed the bed for me but it felt very much that they assumed I was lying. I then showed them the photos. The ice machine had no ice. The tub did not have a stopper so that we can soak or relax after a long travel period. The staff themselves were kind, courteous and helpful once asked. I have a feeling they are doing the best they can with what they have. Location is fabulous for train and airport traveling. If planes going will deter your sleeping, avoid this area. I did t think it was bad but I could understand how it might not work for others. We did however not stay again and booked a different hotel for our second night because of the dirtiness. Cannot say I’d recommend to anyone."

"The sound of water in the courtyard makes it very peaceful with all the plants and trees surrounding. Kids in the pool playing and having fun made it seem like a beach vacation. The staff greats you warmly and the restaurant on site has a decent menu for quick food and drinks. Nice place to stay and the location is very convenient."

"Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed."

"Updated, clean and good amenities. I like more power in my shower, no in room safe and the auto close bathroom door was a bit of an experience, but otherwise no criticisms. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for two people, pool was great and there is an exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot on property and was well lit. Starbucks and McDonald’s are a 5 minute walk if you didn’t want to eat onsite at their restaurant. Good experience!"
