"Had a lovely stay absolutely amazing meal in the Pickled Sprout. Fantastic service friendly staff all round. Only issue was the room was way too hot (not much the hotel could do about that short of installing air conditioning) we had 3 fans in the room which made it bearable. "A beautiful building, with quiet, treelined grounds, easy parking and a very peaceful vibe. "Parts of the hotel are being renovated at the moment, but this didnt effect our stay, it was peaceful, clean and the staff went above and beyond to make my friend and my stay a great experience. "No frills hotel in the middle of Leeds. Easy walk from the station and short bus ride to Stylus at Leeds Uni to watch a band. Great value and didn't cost much more than an Uber would have been to go back to Halifax. Check-in was easy, bed and pillows were comfy, air con was efficient and water was hot and powerful.
