"I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please."

"We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm. "

"The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. "Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent!
