"Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. "Gostamos bastante da localização, do tamanho do quarto (muito espaçoso), das “amenities” do banheiro (o kit para crianças é muito fofo), do café da manhã. Também adoramos que todos os dias tinha chocolates e bebidas no frigobar sendo repostas gratuitamente. Mas o que mais nos chamou à atenção foi a cordialidade dos funcionários (de todos os setores) e a gentileza/atenção que tiveram com nosso filho (4 anos), sempre tentando agradá-lo em tudo. "

"Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is within few minutes walk to train station. If you are driving, there's a secured underground car park. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies are so cheerful which freshen our start of the day. Our balcony can see the snowcapped mountain! We were very happy at our stay. "
