"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room.
Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used).
The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."

"Beautiful stay! I’ve traveled a lot in Europe, and this is a top tier place for the cost. Right in the middle of the old town and all the shopping and cafes. It sits very close to the Cathedral and a hike just up the hill to the Fort.
Room is clean, quiet, easy access, spacious, and well accommodated. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Europe."

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."

"Understand that It Is the middle august period but the price was really High for what i got. A small apartment with no air conditioned, a very small TV with few channels, second floor without lift.
More than this i felt not satisfied for other details: i booked for 3 people (2 adulti+1 child) but the room was equipped two forks, the table only two chairs,
Boiling machine and coffee machine were full of water from the previous guests' uses and i also saw a cockroach in the room.
