It’s hard to deal with staff, they don’t understand English, I waited much time to check in although I came late, in the reception very hot there is no Ac, every time you go outside the room you need the security to open your room !! It was funny, the bed sheet was not tidy and clean it smells

価格に見合わないホテルです。

このホテルに泊まるのはやめたほうが良いです。 他のサイトの口コミ評価に騙されて宿泊しました。 ホーチミンの中では中間クラスの宿泊費でしたが、値段に見合わないホテルです。 あまりにひどいので、宿泊をキャンセルして同じ価格帯の他のホテルに宿泊したところ、そちらはとても快適でした。 ■良かったところ ・フロント受付スタッフの対応は丁寧です。 ・近くに大きなスーパーがあるので、生活用品の購入には便利です。 ■悪かったところ ・ベッドのマットレスが硬すぎて眠れません。（床に煎餅布団をひいたくらいの硬さです）。 ・シャワールームと便器の間に仕切りが無いので、シャワーを浴びると便器やトイレットペーパーがびしょ濡れになります。 ・壁やドアの防音処置が悪いため、1Fロビーの会話音やエレベーターの音や、隣のレストランのカラオケの音が部屋まで聞こえて眠れません。 ・蚊が大量に発生して眠れません。（他のベトナムのホテルでは一般的に害虫対策をしていますがこのホテルは何もしていません。あまりにひどいので自腹でベープを購入して対策しました） ・夜電気を消すと、床から米粒サイズのゴキブリが出現するので、踏みつけて殺す必要があります。 ・この宿泊費レベルでは普通は提供される無料のミネラルウォーターが無いです。 ・ホテルのまわりに大きめのネズミがウロウロいるので、環境は悪いです。
