Great location! The hotel is in a very central area, making it easy to walk to many nearby attractions and places of interest. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Very clean. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was a great size, very comfortable beds and pillows. Aircon was great and very easy to use. Staff were all amazing they really were just fantastic. Our cleaner her name was Ha she was just wonderful and she deserves a special mention. Restaurant staff were also fantastic. Restaurant was a real bonus we were here for dental treatment and didnt feel like going out for dinner, great options in the menu both western and Asian, buffet breakfast was also great no complaints. Pool was wonderful. Hotel is so central to everything, nice area to sit out outside and have a coffee or cold drink. I have stayed all around the world in many hotels and this would have to be one of best experiences, this hotel deserves to a 10 star rating. If you read any bad reviews about this hotel I would take no notice these reviewers are lying and are just being entitled karen.

I spent two nights at this hotel and chose a room with a window. The room is compact but comfortable, with everything you might need — a kettle, minibar, safe, and even a bathtub. The staff at reception are welcoming and attentive, always happy to help with any requests. There’s also a cozy little pool on the 10th floor, which is a nice bonus. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety and quality. The location couldn’t be better — close to markets and plenty of shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
