Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I feel bad giving this rating because the staff were very kind to me and the property is in an excellent location. However, transportation in Saigon is extremely cheap, and with motorbikes you can get anywhere easily, so I would personally choose to stay a few blocks away from this area. The property did not have room cleaning or towel changes even once during my stay. The shower is very poorly positioned, so you have to hold it by hand if you don’t want to flood the entire room (which, by the way, is very small). The room ventilation is also quite poor, the door did not close easily, and there were even issues with the fire alarm.
