It was ok but nothing special. Paying extra for the balcony is pointless as it has no view and can barely fit one person. It was clean and the bathroom was good with good pressure. The ac was also fine.

This is a great little property just on the edge of the heart of the city. Right smack dab in the middle of the city madness with good very local foods and every direction. They have a nice lobby/work area on the main floor reception seemingly always there feels very safe very clean and they have a very cool rooftop patio where you can work or even cook or even barbecue your own food.

Enjoyed my stay here = 10 nights total and tried 3 different apartment rooms. If youre looking for something different, highly recommend as it has a homey feel. Towels changed daily and bins taken out daily, like at a hotel. Staff are friendly and laidback. Approx 15min walk to cho ben thanh, 20min to takashimaya centre and saigon square, and 10min walk to bui vien beer walking street. If you use grab, its super easy and cheap to get around saigon. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a decent stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and had basic amenities. Would say it's fairly value for money. My main gripe is with the air-conditioning - not only does it take a long time for the room to cool, it's not strong at all.

Ok hotel, not so good area.

The room itself and the staff was good, but it is located in a not so attractive area . You have to make your way through mopeds to enter the hotel and the entrance is up one stair. When you're inside it's ok. The room was clean and serviceed every day.

I stayed here for total of 10 nights and in 3 different apartment rooms. Staff are friendly, can speak English. Everything you need is provided, depending on the room. Towels were changed daily. Room is as advertised pictured. Approx 15min walk to Cho Ben Thanh and Bui Vien Beer Walking Street. I highlt recommend staying here if you want a bit more space, acces to your own microwave, kitchenette etc.

This is a typical hotel that is one room and bathroom with a combo area for shower and vanity area. Doesn't feel clean since all the hallways and floor areas are open air. In the rooms it is IKEA decor, nice to look at but not great for wear and tear is starting to show

First things first, I got a WhatsApp message harassing me to click a link to confirm my booking a month or two before my trip- this was a scammer and when I reached out to the hotel, first thing, the guy on the phone was not nice and told me to WhatsApp him, secondly he told me this has been happening to other guests and it’s scam. My question is, how did a scammer get all my information including name, number and details of my stay.. this has never happened to me off any booking from Expedia so I do believe staff is in on it. Staff was not as polite or accommodating as other places we stayed in Vietnam. For example, our room’s bolt did not work and when I notified staff, instead of offering to switch the room like every other place we’ve ever stayed at would for this issue if occurred, I was told “it’s fine no one can get in from the outside” yet there’s this book in the room absolving staff of any fault of any valuables or guest property went missing. For this reason as well, we did not get our room serviced for our two night stay. Also, when leaving the hotel, I mistakenly pulled and pushed the wrong door and the staff behind me laughed at me.. the surrounding area also was sketch. The AC does not work well and room does not get cold enough. It’s a nonsmoking place yet our room smelled like cigarette smoke often. Do not book this place. I do not recommend.
