初のベトナム旅行だったので、ホテル事情も分からず不安でしたが、予想をはるかに超える素敵なホテルで次回も絶対ここに泊まりたい！と思いました。スタッフの対応もかなり良く、親切でフレンドリー。英語も問題なく使えるので助かりました。レストランの食事も毎日違うメニューで飽きることなく4日間美味しくいただきました。 主要な観光地にも近石便利ですが、そんなにうるさくもなく心地よく眠れました。お部屋も清潔に毎日お掃除されていて快適でした。 Thank you so much. I had good time. I will be back!!

I enjoyed the front area of the hotel that overlook the street many conversations with other travelers. The help at the hotel was excellent. They helped with my planning of the trip and with getting group tours. It really is a great hotel Jade the Jade with guest relations was especially helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

the breakfast buffet was good, lots of options for guests to choose from and staff was very helpful and polite. front door staff was helpful. the pool is small and the bar/club was overrated. the hotel is very noisy, lots of noises late at night and early morning.
