A boutique like in Japantown

This is one of my favorite place to stay because the services were great, the space is well organized and tight but really cute. It’s very convenient to walk to anywhere and the price is pretty good if you organized.

【総合評価】 5つ星にふさわしいホテルでした。また泊まりたいと思える、特別な滞在となりました。 部屋やインテリアの細部までこだわりを感じ、空間そのものが非日常を演出していました。料理やスタッフのサービスも申し分なく、ルーフトップバーやそこからの景色には大満足でした。さらに忘れ物をした際の対応も素晴らしく、感動しました。 【良かった点】 ルーフトップバーとプールは最高でした。夜景と雰囲気が特に印象的。 料理がとても美味しく、朝食はぜひ付けるべきです。 宿泊客は欧米人が多く、異国感があり「旅行している」気分をより味わえました。 ホテル全体のインテリアにこだわりが感じられ、香りも上品で心地よかったです。 他のホテルにも泊まりましたが、こちらで海パンを忘れてしまった際の対応が神対応でした。 → 探して見つけてくれた上にクリーニングまでしてくれ、待っている間はドリンクまで提供してくれました。さらにホテルの紙袋までいただき、トラブルがむしろ特別な体験に変わりました。こうしたサービスで「また来たい」と強く思えました。 23階のレストランは少し高めですが、とても美味しく行く価値があります。 部屋のテレビに額縁がついていて特別感があり、YouTubeも視聴できました。非日常空間で自宅のような日常感を味わえるのは新鮮でした。 立地も便利で、ホテル前の施設では日曜にナイトマーケットや屋外ライブが開催され、地元の雰囲気を楽しめました。移動はGrabで全く問題なし。 館内で流れている音楽もおしゃれで雰囲気に合っていました。 【残念だった点】 部屋のテレビに前の宿泊者のYouTubeアカウントが残っていました。プライバシー面では好ましくないので、すぐに削除しました。

Room was a touch small along the lines of a boutique hotel but this is a very nice property with very good service. One of the best breakfasts on our trip

It was a really nice hotel and we had a comfortable stay. My son became ill shortly after we arrived, so I spoke to a staff member who kindly agreed and said, "You can rest in the bar on the first floor until we can show you to your room!" All the staff, including the receptionist and bar staff, were very kind.

Great rooftop bar and a good choice of restaurants and bars near the hotel. However the noise from the live bands across the street was horrendous and rather spoilt the stay.
