Nice and secure building but slightly dated. Comfortable enough but nothing special. No daily maid or water. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Close to amenities, decent view.

It was a real comfortable apartment during 1week stay in HCMC. The owner is one of the kindest person in HCMC,and welcome the guest with good emotion. The host was very professional and made sure our stay was comfortable. He allowed us to check into our hotel half a day earlier when our bus arrived earlier than expected; for a small fee. The rooms are spacious and the washer/dryer/fridge/kitchen option is nice to have. If we want the local vibe then the alley neighborhood behind the hotel has that for you; local street food, market, etc.

A nice place to stay

It's very nice room and nice view. Also, the host is a nice guy. The place is convenient and safe. We love the swimming pool, specially by night time. Recommendation to host: need more lights in the living room. The chandelier of 6 but only 1 dime bulb there, not enough lights to work at night time. We will book your place again when we come back to Vietnam.

Beyond Expectations.

Stayed 3 nights at this well maintained and well located property, close to Landmark 81 and the Central Park. The apartment mgr, Dinh, was more than helpful, and assisted with even small things like power adapters and chargers that i had forgotten to pack. I requested for a late checkout due to an urgent zoom meeting that became longer than expected and he still didnt disturb me or ask me to leave, despite suffering the loss of another booking for same room. I really appreciate him for his understanding and support. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and safe, secure, well maintained studio apartment with all amenities provided for, in this part of Sai Gon. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Dinh for excellent service! Cam on ban!!

Diny is absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for my friend and I staying with him. We stayed with him at the end of our trip and expressed our concern about the combo washer/dryer being enough to wash all of our belongings (including our bags). He’d upgraded us from our original booking. After realizing no other units with a separate washer and dryer weren’t available, Diny took us and alllll of our stuff to a local laundromat and paid for it all to be done. That, in addition to thorough recommendations, both around the apartment and in the city, and the quick response time made this one of the best stays I’ve ever had! Book here!!
