Very nice apartment, would stay again.

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. Would stay again. 1) Great location in D3, a lot within walking distance or short cab/grab if needed. Felt safe outside. 2) Very clean and quiet. The new showers are the best I’ve seen in Vietnam which was nice. Given the noise outside I can’t believe how quiet the room was. 3) Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always there, and could answer any question. We checked in and out at odd hours and no problem, just let them know. 4) Reasonable price, especially since we were staying two weeks. 5) Not a lot of apartments there, and we have a private elevator. wi-fi always worked, coffee shop downstairs, etc.

Great and cozy a little serviced apartment

I stumbled upon this little service apartment while searching for a place for a long stay in HCMC and decided to try. It was a pleasant experience. The room is exactly like in the picture on the website which does not happen very often. The view is not that great, i.e. looking over the rooftop of the neighbors but in return it is very quiet. You have to be on the high floor (7th) to see a little of the trees in the nearby park. No traffic noise in the evening or day time. The location is great and lots of eateries nearby although it's a little far from downtown. We extended our stay at this place a little longer because of our change of plans. Definitely would come back.

It is serviced apartment

It is serviced apartment, you supposed to know that only the front desk person (receptionist) before 10pm. Living in serviced apartment is different with the hotel, so you need to know it before living. No cleaning service on Sunday. I enjoyed to live here cos it's quite and clean, and the privacy is good.

주방과 간단한 식기류를 갖추고 있는 35m²의 스튜디오 아파트로 호찌민의 중심인 1구와 가까운 3구에 자리잡고 있어 주변 명소에 걸어서 다녔다. 최근에 리모델링하였는지 깔끔한 실내 인테리어와 깨끗한 침구 등이 마음에 들었다. 또한 세탁기와 건조기를 갖추고 있어 무료세탁을 할 수 있어 좋았다.
