Love the hotel and location. The do need to renovate the rooms. Flooring issues, water marks on the walls and ceiling. If the do this it would be a good hotel.

We have travelled alot through asia and I can't think of a better hotel. The staff were perfect,helpful and so polite.The roomwas so clean and well presented and the daily cleaning was perfect. The roof top pool on those humid days was the icing on the cake. Value for money, oh yes definitely. I can recommend this hotel to anyone

Awesome staff but you have better Identify hotel !

Very helpful polite staff helped me with all manner of processes that are often difficult when you do not speak language …… however I do have issue with there being 18 A25 in HCMC ! Took a few double cabs to get it sorted out Why ?

Great location for shopping and street food.

Stayed 5 nights. Great location near big market. Breakfast as limited, food and selection. Room is tied and water in bathroom goes everywhere, bed are very lumpy. Close to everything and easy to find. You get what you pay for.

Great location. The hotel had no balcony and window per say. The window was in a well (silo) which was filtering basically no daylight.

Be aware of what you receive upon check in!

Check in was a challenge! Tried to give me a sub standard room. Asked for a room change. Yes, but pay the diffetence!Had the manage provide correct room. This happened on two seperate check ins. Same outcomes.

Good location, that's about all. The matresses are past their date with wire sticking up making sleep a challenge. Front counter staff very unhelpful and more interested in local speaking visitors and not very much time for English speaking tourists. Would not revisit.

Find a better one!

When I arrived a got the wrong room and the receptionist was not very helpful and happy to help me. When I finally got it it wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was very poor and they only served Vietnamese soup. The room was only cleaned one time during my stay. Overall not a very nice hotel and not a helpful kind staff. I shall never return!

フロントスタッフ、食堂の女性スタッフ、そして特にベージュのドアマンの方。皆親切で素晴らしい旅になりました。 立地も最高。Wi-Fiも切断なく快適。虫も出ず。バスルームは熱いお湯がしっかり出るし、高品質のコンディショナー他ボトルであって便利。掛け時計の秒針が無音タイプなのも良し。掛け布団はふんわりで良かったですがマットレスのコイルが当たるのがやや気になったかな。廊下の音は聞こえますが外の音は聞こえず静か。デポジットなし。エアコン温度調整可能。プールのフリータオル置き場あり。食事のルームサービスも頼めるようです。値段も手頃で美味しそうでしたよ。
