"Do not stay in room 201. It was the loudest room from people on the stairs,the traffic, all the door slamming, the person in the next room, and people in lobby. The room aslo didnt have the MTV channel. They also wouldn't move us beacuse they were "full." It was decent breakfast just wish they did more than 1 day with bacon. Beds were comfy. Hot tub wasn't what we were expecting they closed it for repairs soon after so that probably was the reason. We had to add a couple more night and moved to...

"Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family."

"I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it."

"We were there for a one night stay attending a function in the conference room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not use the amenities but were notified in advance the hot tub would not be available for use. Staff was friendly…"

"This location was a complete disappointment. The room smelled of extreme cigarettes, the bed, linens and floor were stained . Don’t go to this location "

"Our room was kinda weird with the super high ceilings, loud from being under the stairs and we had the handicap room so when we showered water got everywhere. We didn’t have time to try the pool and gym but it looked great. The coffee was great but the food was just ok. "

Tv volume was on the lowest setting couldnt make it higher as only some of the buttons on the remotw worked Box elder bugs everywhere Sweat stains on the pillows as they dont have actual pillow casses Desk chair in room had food stuck to it. Walls paper thin Great water pressure Blanket and beds were soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating Overall its an okay hotel for the money. "

"Some amenities in the room did not work, like refrigerator and a lamp. Also saw sawdust in a closet since the property is so new. Everything felt like it was rushed together and not fully tested before renting out the room. The pool was not really heated nor did the room heating/cooling work very well. "

"The room was fairly clean but the fridge was dirty and the ice had not been dumped out for awhile bcuz it was yellow and had food in it and freezer was dirty as well. Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and the toilet kept running and the exhaust fan would not turn off. Not what I expect for a Homewood suits"
