"LOVED this place. It was quiet and peaceful and adorable. The bed was so comfy. The owner Jeff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient - 20ish min each to Penn Yan and to Watkins Glen and very close to so many wineries. I would recommend in a heartbeat. "

"Loved everything about this B&B. It was nice and peaceful with the upstairs balcony, closed porch and two roofed patios with fire pits. Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. "This beautiful old home has been converted into a beautiful historic in. We’ve stayed there several times, in fact we got married there! It’s always in pristine condition. Spa services we used is only the registered massage, but it was excellent too. The staff are unbelievably perfect. The food is exceptional. I would recommend this to anybody! It’s worth a visit to go and see it for yourself. "

"Truly Beautiful and amazing place. We loved our two night stay and would come back again and again. Loved the food from Sapalta and breakfast buffet was stellar (for purchase). "What an exquisite property— the grounds, the house, the decor! The room is luxurious but only lacks in having a table to set things on (the closet is very small, too), but the room makes up for it in every other way.
