"Room was fine. Clean. Excellent access to plug sockets for a change. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast really good. Despite my room being downgraded at short notice I would still recommend this hotel for their general service. Obviously dependent on the level of refund for the change in my booking. I’ll certainly update my review otherwise but I doubt I’ll need to on first impressions."

"The staff were so, so efficient, helpful and friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They work extremely hard. The room was warm, comfortable, quiet and spotless, as was the bathroom, and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, and one night my companions had dinner there, and said that was also very, very nice. Central location but extremely quiet. We would most definitely stay there again."

"4th time staying at Cavern Quarter and excellent as per usual. Very clean and got in to the apartment slightly early which was a bonus. Right in the middle of all the action but please be aware that it's pretty noisy due to being directly above Mathew Street but that was no issue for us. "
