"I am giving the place a total of 2 star. The reason for 2 star is because 1) Friendly staff 2) Free parking 3) Close to Airport. The property did not meet my expectations because of multiple reasons. 1) Room was not clean, cobwebs everywhere including the inbuilt radio which was next to the bed. 2) Room was smelling of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room 3) Damp smell 4) Mattress was horrible, it was hard and in the middle of the bed was pressed down. Believe the springs are worn out....

"Everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful and friendly. They looked after us during our stay. The hotel was great and we would stay there again and recommend this hotel. Decent size room. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to put your belongings. Everywhere was clean. The list could go on. The adjoining restaurant were also amazing. Staff were great and the food/drinks were delicious. We would recommend here too. Car park was a decent size and easy to park."

"Very pleasant staff and the room was super spacious and tidy. We were greatly surprised by the size. We enjoyed our stay. Although, it doesn’t have air conditioning but I enjoyed my sleep, and I wish I could have taken more picture of myself at the pool when it was still scanty but we weren’t allowed to. The pool section gets busy!.., Same as the gym but all appear to be very well maintained. We definitely enjoyed our stay and already recommended to family manners in Manchester."

"The hotel was spotless the cleanest place I have been very impressed as I have allergies to dust mite. The staff where very attentive to my needs of helping with bags due to my bag, very friendly and helpful. The chef went out of his way to cook me something I could eat for lunch as I have many intolerances. The breakfast was expensive however of excellent quality, choice and freshness. Options for gluten free, dairy free my son loved it. The TV wasn’t working when we arrived in our room...
