"Clean room, friendly staff and fab breakfast!"

"The hotel's access is a bit mysterious. When we reached to the correct place to check-in, we were introduced to the staff at that moment who made us feel that we are a burden on them. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and we were okay with waiting for the start of check-in time. However, we were also curious if we could do early check-in, and when we asked for availability, the staff working at that moment first showed horrific emotions as if we asked for something impossible, and then they started mumbling in their own native language. Whenever we were trying to have a conversation with them, they always cut us off and spoke too fast as if they have no time and they have to catch a train. After some time when they found a room for us to check-in early, they acted as they are doing a favour on us. All in all it was a very bad experience and it ruined our excitement to explore Manchester."

"we stayed there a few years ago so thought it would be good. alas it's is no longer well maintained. it's definitely in decline. no information about the restaurant side. when o left to go out o had to use the side door as there was a key pad to main door but no information on what number to use"

"Absolutely lovely hotel every corner is thought of interiors wise and the rooms are lovely and very well equipped. Friendly staff that are always happy to help and tasty breakfast in a lovely setting. Wish we could stay here longer to make the most of the hotel. "

"I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."
