"Lovely hotel, clean spacious room, however fault with air-conditioning unit kept us awake throughout the night. Reported it straight away and staff supposedly coming to fix it. They did not. Reported again when checking out and front of staff didnt seem concerned. Only issue. Other than that decent stay. Good selection of food at breakfast."

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "The location right next to the train station was perfect after a long journey. The luggage storage was also very handy, secure and easy to use. They even had a weigh scale available for luggage which was extremely helpful before catching our next flight. "
