"The staff were so lovely and friendly! Our room was ready early too which was helpful. Very quiet despite being on a main road! Brilliant hotel, would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed here for a night before an early flight from Manchester airport. They have a shuttle bus but we just walked it as it was easy to terminal 2 once you knew where you were going. Room was great with 2 double beds and we had a good night's sleep. Bathroom really needed some work, the sink enamel was all gone and looked terrible. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good and available from 5.30am which was brilliant for an early flight. Would stay again. "

"We stayed in a lovely one bed apartment that retained old features of the building. Located on a corner off the it was quiet and had great light. Staff friendly. Would definitely return. "

"Stayed one night at at airport arrival. It was really close to the airport which was a great plus. Check in staff was super friendly. Restaurant was closed already but they offered late night pizzas, the pizza was really good haha. Room was spacious, big bathroom, they left a handwritten welcome note which was a really nice touch. Bathroom was good and clean. THE BED was awesome what a nice night sleep. Complete english breakfast, sausages, hash, beans, eggs, coffee, the full run. Def worth it...

"Always loved The Mal for its quirkiness, 17yo daughter was impressed. Cool decor, DJ in the bar, comfy rooms with air con. Only quibble is there was only 1 very flat pillow per bed, daughter nabbed the spare, i could have done with another and Im sure they would have provided but we were tired and i cluldnt be bothered to ask! Some better quality pillows wouldn't go amiss. Bedside tables a little tired looking and a spot behind the bathroom door had not been cleaned. "
