"I didn’t enjoy it as much as previous stays. The two women on reception when I arrived were great. The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better. "

"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"Stayed 3 nights so it’s ok for a short trip. But don’t recommend for longer stays.
Pros: close to Victoria Station and Hop on/Hop off Tours. Breakfast was £11 but fairly good with plenty of options. Clean room.
Cons: Hard beds, hard pillows, windows are drafty and outside noise is very loud. Trains were so loud and even rumbled the bed at times. Rooms are quite small and no bathroom toiletries or even a wash cloth provided. Too many homeless around low to no lighting makes the area feel...

"Where to begin? The room was extremely tired and the cleanliness was poor.
There were: people’s pubes on the sheets, one of the towels had old black gum stuck to it, hairs in the bath, there was a suspicious brown drip stain underneath the toilet roll holder.
I was in a non smoking room and it stank of stale smoke (presumably because the carpet was about 25 years old). The bathroom had black mould growing on the silicon.
but i can’t blame the cleaners for giving up. There’s only so much...

"The common areas were very nice; well maintained and quite nice.
My concern was with the room itself. There just seemed to be a lack of “care.” When we checked in there was a half-eaten bag of nuts on the bathroom counter and several of those nuts were scattered on the floor in the bedroom.
We appreciated the large flat screen TV but where it was placed obscured artwork on the wall behind it - nothing terrible, but it just seemed to indicate a lack of attention.
