"新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。"

"The Ryokan itself is very nice, the entrance is very beautiful, the staff is wonderful above average even in Japanese standards, particularly Nanami the room attendant was absolutely top notch impecable service. Do consider this Ryokan is in the middle of the town so no views from the public bath and there is some traffic noise, there was also some noise due to demolition work right next door, it ended around 5pm and restarted at around 8:30am. "食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。"

"The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden."

"Breakfast was simple but tasty. There is tea, juice coffee to drink and with a simple salad bar. Staff was very helpful. From check in to check out, it was a smooth transaction. Room was very clean, comfortable, modern style. High recommend for family or group of friends traveling. Bunk beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer in room was easy to use and convenient."

"We absolutely loved the charm of this place! We didn’t do the breakfast, but we indulge in the onsen, nighttime Ramen, and the ice cream post onsen! The staff was very helpful and kind, and very patient with us using Google translate. We loved our time here!"

"The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."
