"第一次入住無客服的酒店，整體覺得酒店清潔，有温泉，免費酒水小食很好。只是覺得自助check in 要填太多資料，花了很長時間。而且因無客服酒店。3人一房住3晚，每人只有2套浴巾，浴巾也要自己帶去温泉用，很不衛生。"

"熱海に来る時は必ず泊まるお決まりのホテル。キッチンがあるのは連泊時にありがたいです。お風呂はネットで空きがあるか確認ができるので、利用させてもらいました。なんと言っても朝食にアジの干物が出てきて自分で焼けるのが良いです。熱海は鯵とアジの干物が美味しい♡ ので我が家の熱海旅行は、絶対にこのホテルは外せません。屋上の露天は朝焼け、オーシャンビューにバッチリなロケーション☆ 1階はファミリーで利用できるほど広いお風呂。地下は4人には少し狭かったですが、照明を変えたりジェットバスにできたりと楽しいお風呂になってます。"

"Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. "

"新築なのかな？建物はすごくキレイで清潔感がありました。布団や食器も全てキレイでした。リビングと隣りの和室も広くて2家族で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。一台分の駐車場がまあまあ狭くて、うちのワゴン車を停めるのには少し苦労しました。すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあるので、もう一台はそちらに停めました。"

"予約時に宿泊人数の食い違いがありましたが、施設はとても綺麗でキッチン用品もほぼ揃っているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。子供達も大喜びでした。駐車場は確かにわかりずらいので、サイトの動画で確認してから行くのをおすすめします。また、機会があれば利用したいです。"
