"We couldn't stay in the room and had to leave immediately. It was dirty with a smelly bed, crumbles on the floor and inside the wardrobe. Our keys weren't in the lockbox some resident had it. People in the building were partying, smoking weed and harassing women. The host took so long to reply and started being rude when asked if we could have the room cleaned. Stay away from this place for your own safety and sanity..."

"Room very clean and beds very comfy. Bathroom was a bit small and wish the water had been hotter for the shower. Room not dated in style but the carpet was a bit worn and maybe just a bit tired but overall good, well worth a stay and good value for money. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, from checkin to dining to bar. Pool a great addition to any stay with kids but the women's locker room needed some TLC. Food was really good for both Room service and breakfast. Recommend!"

"No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but everyone has their own preference. We shared the house with 2 ladies the first night who were really quiet. The second set of guests were much noisier; banging cupboards and doors early in the morning, but that isn't down to the host. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The only thing I would improve is the communication. We drove 4hrs and despite messaging and calling a couple of times it took a long time to get the code for the key safe. "
