"The shuttle from the Miami airport was miserable. The hotel doesn't pick up at all of the hotel shuttle stops so unless you want to watch the ven drive by without stopping multiple times contact them first. On the other hand the shuttle TO the airport the next day was amazingly fast! The door to the room wouldn't lock from the inside but would lock from the outside of you slammed it shut. "The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."
