"It was not clean and they were very uncommunicative and the bed was very uncomfortable the apartment inside was noise and couldn’t sleep at all."

"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"We stayed 4 nights at this Hotel. The Personal is very polite and ready to assist at any time. The Hotel is nearby the Metro Line M2 , Station Gayrettepe, so you have good connection possibilities. The rooms are clean, modern and you have everything you need."

"We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel, Mary and Emir did great job making everything so comfortable and smooth, always ready to fix any issues or requests! The hotel itself is a small city boutique but clean, neat and tidy! Comfortable location, walkable distance to Taksim and metro/bus stations. I would recommend to everyone! "

"The staff there are such amazing people! However, this property is in need of some major renovations, with issues such as clogged shower drainage, the shower head falling off the holder on its own, clogged sinks, and many others. I can overlook all the various issues in the suite regarding condition and cleanliness but the bathroom plumbing issues made it difficult to stay there. The location is amazing. Would have liked to come back and change my review if they renovate."

"I highly recommend a stay at this property. The room was very nice with a balcony. The location is unbeatable since it is near the Hagia Sophia, Bazaar and transportation. What we enjoyed the most is that the staff was amazing, always asking us if they can do anything to make our stay great and offering drinks. Fatima Murat, Kadir, and Sinan went above and beyond to make our trip to Istanbul the best we’ve trip ever had and we travel very often. Exceptional service. "
