Hotel Dekat Henleys Hill Dog Park

"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"Bathroom moldy tiles in need of repar"

"everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) "

"Very friendly owner amd staff, clean and nice appartement with everything you need. Beach was close, pool was fine. Would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure again!"

"Sunho from front desk was excellent and very helpful. He wasn't the one check in for us but I was very impressed the way how to handle customers and very polite and make sure he answer all the questions when asked."

"Very conveniently located. Spacious rooms."

"Hotel is located under the flight path and right next to helicopter pad from Cairns hospital. Does not have sound proof windows. Would not recommend."

"清掃は行き届いていてよかった。 また、テレビでYouTube等も見れたのがよかった。中心からは少し離れているため行き帰りが少し遠いなと感じた。（感じ方に個人差はあるだろうが） 布団といっていいのかほぼシーツのようなもので夜間少し寒かった。"

"This boutique hotel was perfect for our stay in Cairns. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! They have a place to do laundry which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!"

"rooms dated....needs a major refresh. Breakfast was horrible...nothing like other Shangri-la properties."

"Dejligt sted"

"The property is dated but was clean. We used the washer and dryer which was helpful for a longer trip. The airconditioner is only in the living area but not the bedroom so it is best to leave the bedroom door open at night. The location was excellent. It was close to the esplanade, restaurants, and marina."

"Stayed for one night prior to an early international flight. It’s in a great location and the staff were very friendly."

"Clean but very dated. Coffee and tea and kitchen well set up. Comfortable bed. Lounge furniture was very uncomfortable and the place is very tired. Curtains were falling off the tracks and outdoor furniture mis matched and tired. Very loud plumbing from not only our unit but from upstairs as well! It did us for an overnight prior to flying out next morning but the rating on Expedia does not match the state of the property. Not great area either."
