"This is a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly and efficient.The room was really lovely and had doors opening out onto a Juliet Balcony overlooking the Thames. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent facilities and was clean and recently refurbished. The breakfast was plentiful with a large choice and was included in the room price. The indoor swimming pool and sauna in the grounds was an added bonus. As was the opportunity to walk into Henley. We will definitely...

"The look and location of hotel both faultless. The rooms (we used two as family of four) were lovely and the staff were all friendly however I think they must have been short staffed as everything seemed to take a little long like check in, check out, getting served at the bar for a drink before we took the kids out for an early dinner. Lovely hotel - friendly staff, they just need more of them which I guess a lot of places are struggling with at the moment "
