"We had the best time at this resort. However, things could be managed better. Two of the three elevators were broken at one point during our stay, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in our room when we arrived, there was no hot water in our shower, and the AC could not keep up with the heat during the day. The balcony furniture is worn down but the rooms are very nice. The Steakhouse is amazing, the views are wonderful, and the pool was a blast. I will definitely be back. Would be a 5 star...

"I liked that it was a small quiet place recent remodel friendly great customer service and on site laundry pool very helpful and responsive staff great breakfast my son and I stayed for a week it was a greatly needed vacation you just walk right across the street to the beach highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Lots of things to do as well 👍👍"

"Our stay was really good. A short day trip, turned into a 3 day stay and luckily they had some rooms left. Our room was cold, really clean, and fully stocked with essentials. I stayed 5+ years ago at this hotel and did not have a good experience. However, it seems a new section was added and that is where we stayed (with covered parking). "My husband uses a mobility scooter. We booked an accessible room and received one, however he needs the grab bars and roll in shower. Front desk was amazing! I should have gotten his name but he was great. Moved us to the best room we have ever stayed in for his scooter. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Will stay again! "

"We stayed here because of its proximity to the Carnival cruise terminal. Turns out that it was a very nice place within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Our room was clean and updated with relatively modern bathroom fittings. It was pricey but given the convenience to the cruise terminal I would stay there again. Breakfast was basic with no hot items. "

"I loved that everyone that worked there was super friendly and respectful. The customer service was on point! 10 mins walking distance from the beach, grocery store, liquor store and best of all waffle house is right next door! Very convenient location. Bad traffic. "
