"Clean and convenient for softball tournament"

"The restaurant within the hotel had very poor customer service. Their dinner hours opened at 5pm and we arrived at 5:45. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. My wife and I waited for over 10mins while the staff laughed and talked with each other. No one even came and acknowledged our presence or at least came to get our drink orders.
