I’ve stayed in many hotels, including 5-star chains worldwide, but Chris’s “customer-first” attitude genuinely stood out. "Excellent parking. I was surprised to return to my room and find the rooms are cleaned daily and new towels. The area is great for dining and very safe to walk around. Staff was very helpful. The trip was to support my granddaughter having surgery at UCSF Benioff. Driving to the hospital on 16th or 17th was recommended -it was a straight shot. Thanks for the excellent recommendation. "
