"Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . "

"We arrived a bit damp but excited for our stay before flying to Lanzarote today. Tierney greeted us and she was so friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the hotel! We went back into Manchester for food and drinks. On our return to the hotel we had a couple of drinks before we got some rest. The guy (sorry, we forgot your name!) on the bar was great and helpful. We were really pleased with our room, the bed was really comfortable and we thought the way the space was used was excellent....

"Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10"
