"This was a nice, clean hotel for my family to stay in overnight while waiting for a connecting flight back to the mainland. It served its purpose. The primary let down was simply the treatment from the staff upon arrival. In particular it was the member of staff who checked us in who was very rude and unhelpful. The exchange felt as if he was the customer and I was there to help him through the procedure while paying the hotel for the privilege. My family and I will not stay at or recommend...

"We arrived at 7pm. Come to find out refrigerator wasn’t working. Made the called at 8pm never responded to us till. 1am. I told the lady at the fed was late guest was in the room were my parent 78 and 71 . And she told me she didn’t want to re do everything since she already tried to move us to different room at 1am"

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

"Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. Little sitting cabana area was nice. Loved the art work and atmosphere. Staff were so friendly. Daily room cleans. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. "

"when i arrived, the main room light did not work. the coffee machine did not work. the bathroom sink stopper did not work. the dvd player kept opening and closing. the staff was attentive and promptly fixed any needs i had. it was just a downer to show up and see so many things not working."

"The room we were in had water soaked in to the rug in front of the sliding doors leading to the balcony. Didn’t dry up the entire stay. TV also do not work, not the biggest issue for us. The one side of the pool with the water slide was also not in use for a couple days. Food at the restaurants was just okay. Overall not terrible but will be going somewhere else next year for our trip."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
