"The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. "

"The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. "The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. "This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. "Mooi en ruim appartement. The tube (metro) op 15min wandelen. Maar met de bus ben je nog sneller in het hartje van Londen. Bushaltes vlak voor het appartement. Proper, goede communicatie om in te checken. Enige minpuntje: de bedden zijn wat aan de smalle kant om met 2 personen in te slapen. Anders was alles perfect!!"
