"Super accessible to anythong london. Internet was great. No breakfast just grab and go for us whole there and ot was expensive. Beds were comfortable and the greatest boews of the tower brodge you could imagine. Blown away at the hotel. I will say ot was listed it had an ac and whole i am sure it did it was locked and coupd not be turned down or on so one day it was 23 degreed celsius outside and inside fine but the next it was 27 celsius in the room and all we could get was a fan. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to train station & super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. Paid for a window room, but window was enclosed in an alley/courtyard, so really wasn’t much of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back! "

I didn’t realise breakfast was included in my booking which was a nice surprise — but tbh the hotel restaurant (which I guess functions as a standalone, too?) wasn’t very good. That said, the hotel bar and coffee shop were great. Overall, absolutely loved it and would come back — but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else. "
