Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"Wie ich ankam, empfing mich ein Schild Ruhetag. Ich dachte das sei für die Laufkundschaft, aber nein keine Speisen oder Getränke zu erhalten. Ich wieder ins Auto und einen Gasthof gesucht, denn ich hatte Hunger. Das Zimmer ging. Am 2. Tag das selbe: Frühstück und danach war ich auf mich selbst gestellt. Also kein Urlaub!!!!! Ich verlange die Hälfte meiner Kosten für die Unterkunft zurück, da ich dort gezwungen war mich anderweitig zu versorgen."
