Hotel en locatie super, personeel mag beter

Het hotel en de kamer is net een sprookje. Helaas was het personeel bij de receptie niet echt professioneel. Veel stress bij het inchecken terwijl er maar 1 reiziger was gelijktijdig met ons. Helaas ook het personeel tijdens ons ontbijt niet echt professioneel

Tolles Hotel mit klasse Extras

Das Hotel ist wirklich klasse. Freundliche Mitarbeitende und ein tolles Frühstück mit veganer Auswahl (Pflanzenmilch, veganer Käse, Streichwurst etc). Außerdem gibt es einen Pool und Saunen. Die Einrichtung ist im 90er Jahre Charme, muss man mögen aber ich fand's gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Schönes Stadthotel

Das Hotel hat schöne, grosse Zimmer, gute Matratzen und ist ruhig gelegen. Die Innenstadt und Kurpark sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist nicht allzu gross, die Wassertemperatur war angenehm warm mit Farbspielen und Wasserdüsen. Es gibt 2 Saunen eine finnische Sauna und ein Sanarium, beides von klafs. Wir hatten kein wellness arrangement gebucht, aber es wurde gut genutzt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Betten waren super, Balkon haben wir genossen, Massage können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen war ein Genuss. (Speisekarte auf den Zimmern müsste mal erneuert werden). Zimmerservice haben wir nicht bemerkt. Alles im Lot.

Bon hotel proche de la gare

Situé près de la gare l'hotel Dappers se distingue en raison d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Ce bâtiment de caractère est en très bon état. L'accueil est convivial et l'enregistrement est rapide. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et bénéficient de salles de bain rénovées. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et dispose d'un buffet varié. Le SPA et la piscine du Dappers sont appréciables avec un prêt de serviettes à disposition des clients de l'hotel. L'ambiance familiale qui y règne est très sympa.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett!! Die Küche ist Top. Welnessbereich konnte ich leider nicht aufsuchen, da er nur bis 21 Uhr auf ist und bei Seminaren ist es nicht möglich so bald zum Hotel zurückzukommen:-) Wäre ein kleiner Tipp für die Geschäftsleitung. Den Wellnessbereich länger zu öffnen. Das Zimmer war toll und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel med lidt små værelser, men fin mad og lækker morgenmad. Man skal huske at checke ud om aftenen, hvis man skal afsted før kl. 0800. Venligt og opmærksom personale. Udsigten er ikke så spændende på grund af vegetationen.

keep off Dappers Hotel

Awful experience. Made the reservation for the Dappers Hotel, but at my arrival at 8 pm I was addressed without any previous advice to another place. Instead of a hotel,it is a very old house, no parking ( or better an open town parking slot at 200 meters) Breakfast time only available between 8:30 and 9:30 ( no mention at all about that anywhere in the booking offer !!! ) Needed to leave for work at 8:00, but none at the reception to leave the keys. Shame for hotels.com, used to book around 60/70 stays/year , probably no more for me and all my colleagues in the next future because of this experience.

Schönes stilvolles Hotel mit gutem Service

Ich hatte das letzte freie Zimmer im Hotel zum Spitzenpreis gebucht. Ich war von der Größe des Zimmers sehr überrascht. Extra Korridor, eigenes Schlafzimmer, kl. Küche und großes Wohnzimmer mit Tisch und TV. Am Anfang störte mich der Plastikgeruch (wahrscheinlich von den Vorhängen), aber nach gutem durchlüften war alles soweit ok. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sauber und gepflegt. Mir persönlich hat ein TV-Gerät im Schlafzimmer (so wie in anderen Hotels) gefehlt. Schöner Wellnessbereich und leckeres üppiges Frühstücksbuffet rundeten aber den positiven Gesamteindruck ab.

Helt underbart, trevlig personal. Trevliga och rena rum, parkering utanför, lätt att köra till. Det enda som var ett problem var språket många i personalen pratar nästan bara Tyska.
