"We had a deluxe room with a patio. The room was large, but very dated and with stains and scuffs throughout. The patio was private (we weren't aware of that) so our bedroom opens up directly onto a shared patio which meant we couldnt have our curtains open to admire the view. The coffee machine was missing from our room as well. The spa was nice, but very small. It was overcrowded when we went with people queuing inside the spa for beds / steam room, and also queuing to access the spa. We had...

"We had the most wonderful stay at Ambleside Townhouse. We stayed for 5 nights in the family room as it was the last room they had when booking. We were glad as it was a beautiful spacious room with two beds. We only used one which was a superking and very comfortable.
