"Check in was fine but the guy who was working on sat was borderline rude. I was looking for the ice machine and went into the office. He was sorting folders and probably took 30-45 sec for him to even acknowledge me. I was standing there and didn’t want to interrupt him but finally just asked him where the machine was. He said around the corner and pointed and went back to sorting. A simple by room x would’ve been nice. We also got a handicap room and was smaller than last time but all good"

"My husband and kids stood at this hotel and they were very pleased with this hotel. The hotel is new and had a unique decor. But what tops everything off is the hospitality they recieved by the owners and staff. My family had to leave early and they even packed food to go for my family. We wish them great success and would highly recommend this place."

"I really appreciated my stay at the blue dolphin. The front staff were warm and welcoming, and give us great tips on places to eat. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept and managed. The location is hard to beat since it’s right next to the ocean! It is an affordable price and I hope you get to experience a wonderful stay here too."

"Room was clean & well maintained. Only problem was that there was no air conditioning just a heater. Opening the door to the balcony definitely cooled down the room but if you’re a light sleeper, it really doesn’t totally quiet down until 10-11 pm and there’s still the ever present sound of occasional night traffic. If that’s a problem, I would suggest ask for a room that doesn’t face the road. Breakfast was really good, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal & all sorts of toastable...

"Great motel for this price range. Cleaner, cozier and friendlier than others in similar category. Has a pool to wear the kids out. Walking distance to the ocean beach and good restaurant “Cavalier” just across the road"

"Nice and convenient location. We will consider staying again. But the refrigerator was excessively noisy each time it cycled on. Hard to sleep. Not really a beach view but close enough."
