"Safe location and clean room. Lots of parking spots next to rooms. Snacks in the lobby in the morning. Next door and walking distance to quality restaurants, driving distance to the beaches in Cambria. I stayed for one night before resuming my trip up the California coast."

"Lovely stay! The front desk staff were really nice and sweet. The bed and pillows were soft which I like. There's lots of parking and easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The walls are a bit thin though so you can hear your neighbors, but I had no issues during sleeping hours. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would recommend!"

"This property is a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, plenty of parking and a block away from the beach. It was spacious for the two of us and the bathroom was huge! This will now be our hotel of choice when we travel down to Paso Robles/Cayucas area.. Notable: Check-in was a breeze and the owner was very nice. "Wonderful overnight stay: clean, great location, easy parking, a quick walk to the town/Main Street, breakfast included, great value for price! José the gardener made our visit by letting us know about the different plants and flowers that they planted/maintain at the Squibb House. He was so friendly and personal-really made our visit such a treat! We will definitely come back when visiting Hearst Castle and the elephant seal rookery!"

"It’s cute for what it is. The receptionist was super friendly. The shower looks like it needs some update or a super clean. The toilet paper roll was almost out when we first entered and there isn’t a spare under the sink. "

"Beautiful large room with nice bathroom! Nice hot tub with very steamy steam room is a welcome free touch to help relax! Beds and pillows were firm but not uncomfortably hard or flat (which seems to be the standard for the West Coast!). Room was fairly quiet, and food in town was only a short drive. Very convenient for a morning tour at Hearst Castle!"
