There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. "Upon our arrival I was made to wait in order to check in due to an unhappy guest complaining to the front desk agent. Once I was able to check in , it was mentioned that there would be a power outage at the hotel the next day. This power outage would take place for approximately three hours beginning at 11:00am. "The hotel was great! You literally don’t have to leave for anything if you don’t want to. However, if you do like to get out, there’s tons of restaurants in walking distance. The beach is no more than 13 minutes away, and there’s a cool Kava bar right across the street. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt safe!"
