"The assistant manager and the GM were very kind and friendly so much more friendly than the other Hyatt place that’s by the 95 the assistant manager at the other Hyatt her name is Sarah and she is not a very nice person. I stopped going to that Hyatt just so I didn’t have to see her and deal with her anymore and I’m so happy I made the change. My only complaints about this location is that their Internet sucks and you can never get your phone to connect to the television so that you can watch...

"The room was clean ice maker didn't work in the room.also one elevator was out of order the whole stay, very inconvenient. Our first room the AC was broken Shana at the front desk immediately moved us to a new room. Then check to make sure all was well.After we came back from supper she gave us a bag of ice. She was so professional and nice. She deserves commendations."
