"The only issue I had was the man that checked us in could not show us how to use the T.V. remote. We wanted to find the show listings but there was no guide button on the remote. Most odd. "

"This hotel was a nice one. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Free parking a plus."

"Property was nicely kept overall and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, the room itself was the main letdown. It did not appear to be fully cleaned upon arrival, as we found garbage left behind and even an ant in the bed. The shower also had broken material coming off the wall, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained."

"Beautiful historic building. No elevator. Staff assisted with luggage if needed. Quiet setting with some street noise. Good water pressure in our 3rdfloor room. I couldn't open my email from Expedia, so we went in without the usual helpful/ needed information. If you want a hot breakfast, you must book it at least 24 hr in advance. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Great location."

"Our room had a broken desk chair which was stinky cause it was the only other place to sit and get ready in front of the mirror and the bed wasn't in front of it. Also breakfast was a huge disappointment because as someone who can't have bread or sugar there was nothing I could have besides coffee. Boiled eggs would be an easy excellent upgrade or zero sugar yogurt. Thanks!"

"We had a suite, which was wonderful, and close to the pool and restaurant. Loved the pool lounge area, and outdoor patio with firevpit."

"Horrifying. Does not state that it is a smoking or pet friendly hotel on website. It was old, smelled horribly and was not safe for children. We checked in and immediately checked out knowing we’d loose money. Residents out front warned us of drug use and violence. Check Google before you book!!! "
