Hospitality they provide are great.. never felt so welcoming as this. first time in hanoi is not an issue, they can provide anything from tour package arrangement, transportation, places to eat, to shop, and even money changer just at front receiptionist. Hope to come back to hanoi again in near future... "

"It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Lots of food, shopping and travel agencies right outside of the hotel where one can go to book trips, excursions and exchange money. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay pleasurable. Our rooms were very clean and we were up on the 8th floor away from the noise. The rooms were lovely, however, I’d suggest that the hotel improve the lighting in the bathroom and provide lighter bed covers. The current thick down comforter is too warm and not comfortable for sleeping. "

You’re right in the old quarter so walking distance from lots of attractions. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying here. "
