"We stayed at this hotel unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised. Checking in was lovely and staff took extra time to give us information about Hanoi and local sights/customs. We had booked a room with a window but it was impossible to see outside due to frosted glass and was too high even if it was not frosted. Breakfast was amazing! There was a combo of à la carte and buffet items included. Coffee was a European style machine so no nasty drip hotel coffee. The hotel is ideally located and...

We wanted to give a special mention to Tim for the fantastic check-in and for also sorting so much for us for our onward travels. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the old quarter with great staff, service and luxury. We had the grand terrace room and views speak for themselves."
