Great upgraded suite , nice and courteous people always eager to help . On the bad note I would have appreciated to be informed prior that the pool was closed for the season , even though it was 28 C degrees outside

The Oriental Jade Hotel
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. This hotel felt like our oasis. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious. The spa is also excellent. I will stay here every time I am in Hanoi.
